Eagle Creek is more than just a winery. It is also the home of winemaker Ed Rutledge and his wife. As a visitor, you will be welcomed to the winery as if you were a part of the family. Ed personally selects grapes from his own vineyard and other exceptional grape-growing regions throughout Washington’s Columbia Valley. He takes pride in producing only the highest-quality premium wines, and this commitment is evident in each and every sip.
Eagle Creek Winery Tours
As soon as you step through the winery’s doors, you’ll feel as if you have leaped across the ocean and into a Tuscan courtyard. Its charming, Italian-inspired decor gives off an enchanting aura that makes for a one-of-a-kind experience. Ed Rutledge himself will greet you and give a tour of his personal wine cellar. After the tour, you may choose to enjoy a bottle of Eagle Creek’s prized wine from the gorgeously lit patio or treehouse overlooking the vineyards. Delicious local cheeses and fruit plates are also available for those who wish to indulge in the full package.
Eagle Creek Winery is open for tours on weekends from May to October.
D’Vinery Tasting Room
The Eagle Creek Winery tasting room can be found in Downtown Leavenworth! The inviting wine oasis features beautiful hand-carved woodwork, original paintings, and stunning mountain views. Since the tasting room is open year-round, you can join a member of the Rutledge family in a tasting of four delicious wines anytime. The tasting fee is only $5 per person and is open to the public every day of the week.
