Items included in the wedding packages:

Exclusive use of 22 acres at Pine River Ranch. This means no one except your invited guests and our employees will be on the Ranch.

• Weddings can be moved inside in case of bad, or questionable weather, or if you choose to have an indoor wedding
• Indoor reception in Historic 1944 Dairy Barn With Dance Floor
• Beautiful photo opportunities (Nason Creek, meadows, mountains, historical barn, old farm house, small lake with waterfall, dock and more)
• 2 changing suites for the wedding party with full length mirrors and sinks
• Attended Parking for 100+ cars
• Up to 20 round dinner tables (8 - 10 guests per table)
• All Linens (Including Table Cloths and Cloth Napkins)
• 300 white wooden chairs for the wedding ceremony and reception
• Overhead projector and screen for video slideshows or photos. HDMI and S-video compatible
• Sound system for toasts or "iPod DJ's"
• Tables (Coffee, DJ, bridal gift & buffet table)
• Flatware (Spoons, dinner forks, salad forks & knives)

Each additional guest over 150 is $25.00 per person 

Monday thru Friday:

Congratulations! Our single day wedding package gives you and your guests exclusive use of our 22 acres from 3:00pm the day of your wedding until 11:00am the following morning. Your rehearsal may be done before your wedding on the big day or scheduled during the week based on availability.

The single day Wedding Package price is based on the required rental of all 6 Suites on your wedding night. The suites are perfect for beginning your honeymoon with a private 2 person Jacuzzi spa in your room and beautiful pacific northwest decorations as well as sharing the luxury with your family and friends who would like to stay overnight. The morning after your wedding, breakfast will be served family style in the main house, a great time to share stories from the previous nights events! (We can invoice each guest separately) The cost of the suites is in addition to the cost of the wedding package, it is not included in the wedding package pricing.

Congratulations! With our two day package the Ranch and suites will be yours from 3:00pm the day before your wedding until 11am the day after the wedding. (Example: From Friday at 3:00pm until Sunday at 11:00am). You can begin your fairytale wedding with plenty of time for decorating, visiting and making sure your big day goes smoothly.  With the two day package, many of our couples choose to hold their rehearsal and rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding. Our staff will set up your rehearsal dinner outside on the lawn or indoors in the main portion of the barn, whichever you decide. We would be happy to recommended local caterers for your rehearsal dinner as well. On the night before your wedding you will be able to enjoy a good nights sleep before the big day and pamper yourself in our romantic cabin suites with 2 person Jacuzzi spas and gas fireplaces, you can even take advantage of our local masseuse!
