Wedding Packages
Interested in hosting your big day at one of the best mountain wedding venues in Washington? We provide five different wedding packages that range from intimate elopements to elaborate celebrations. We pride ourselves on creating events that perfectly reflect the love you share for one another, so we will work with you and help customize your chosen package to ensure you get exactly what you want!
Here is a quick look at each of our packages to help you get started.
Elopement
With the costs of a traditional wedding beginning to skyrocket, more and more couples are beginning to elope to save their cash while also skipping the stresses of planning a larger wedding. If you are one of these couples, you’re in luck!
The Elopement Package is for the couple with fifteen or fewer guests and gives you one-hour of time for your ceremony and roses for the bride. Pine River Ranch has many areas for your ceremony to take place, pictures to be shot, and allows for the couple to design their time how they want to spend it.
Traditional (Sunday-Thursday)
Designed for couples on a tight budget, the Traditional Wedding Package allows you to enjoy several aspects of our stunning wedding venue in Leavenworth without paying the price of our more inclusive packages.
You’ll be allowed 10 hours of time on-site (noon-10 PM) to host your wedding and reception for up to 150 guests. Pine River Ranch will set-up your wedding area outside or inside with white wooden chairs, as well as your reception area, and will clean the barn after your reception. You are responsible to bring everything else that you want to make your day special.
Silver (Sunday-Thursday)
The silver wedding package secures five hours of time from the start of your ceremony to the end of your reception.
It’s ideal for smaller and more intimate weddings! Pine River Ranch has many secluded areas within our 23-acres that are ideal for smaller wedding parties. We will also help customize your package to fit your wants and needs.
Gold (Sunday-Thursday)
The gold wedding package starts at 10 a.m. on the day you arrive and allows you exclusive access to our property for 12 hours.
This will enable you to decorate, take pictures, and prepare for your evening ceremony. The night will end at 10 p.m., allowing you and your new spouse to enjoy the remainder of your wedding day in one of our romantic suites.
Platinum
This is our most popular package since it gives the bridal parties and families time to relax while staying on-site. When you book the Platinum Package, Pine River Ranch will be exclusively yours from the day of your arrival to two days later.
What’s Included?
When you choose the Platinum or the Gold Package, here are the special additions that we’ll provide for you on your special day:
- Dinnerware, flatware, coffee mugs, water, wine, beer cups, and champagne glasses
- Round tables that fit ten guests and service tables, as well as white ceremony and reception chairs
- Table linens and napkins in your choice of color
- Separate dressing rooms for the bride’s party and groom’s party
- Public bathrooms located in the main barn wedding venue
- Set-up, take-down, and clean-up
- Attended parking so everyone can get in and out at any time
- Attendants for water service and table bussing
- Wine by Eagle Creek Winery, chosen by you
- Day-of wedding coordinator
- Owners on site all the time to help with any issues
- Base price is for weddings with 150 people or less
