Coronavirus Update: How Pine River Ranch Protects Your Health & Safety
The world is fighting through a challenging time of enormous scale and human impact. Many people around the world are being impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and our hearts go out to all those who have been affected in any capacity during this troubling time.
Our Cleanliness and Sanitation Practices
At Pine River Ranch, we have a long-standing history of prioritizing the health and well-being of our guests, staff, and family. We have and will continue to adhere to all Department of Health guidelines and hotel licensing rules to ensure that we do our part in protecting the health and safety of our guests. Some examples of actions and procedures we have in place include but are not limited to:
- All linens in all rooms are changed and washed after each guest
- All hard surfaces, including doorknobs, light switches, etc. are cleaned with a 1% bleach solution
- All cleaning rags are washed after every use
- All dishes, eating utensils, and related items are washed in a sanitizing cycle in the dishwasher after every use
- All hard surfaces in the kitchen/office are cleaned with a bleach solution
- All employees that clean rooms, do laundry, etc. wear protective gloves at all times and wash their hands prior to and after cleaning each room
- All kitchen staff wears protective gloves when handling ready to eat foods
