We are excited to have this as part of our wedding venue. By offering this our venue takes care of you and your guests with great products for a more affordable price and allows you to not stress over one more thing.
What do we offer?
Two flavors of beer–You decide what you want!
Three Eagle Creek Wines–the oldest winery in Leavenworth
- Red-Typically Syrah Blend
- White-Typically Chardonnay
- Rose’
Freixenet Brut–Sparkling wine in place of champagne
Non-Alcoholic selections of coffee, tea, Lemonade, and flavored seltzer water.

Cost is $30/person over 21, $15/person from 4-20.
All costs come off of plate count (three weeks ahead of event) not contracted amount.
Tax at 8.4% is added into final bill
Things to keep in mind
You will still need to get a banquet permit from the Washington State Liquor Control Board as our liquor license does not allow us to sell individual glasses. We are a beer and wine venue only, no hard alcohol is allowed on-site.
Because we have an on-site liquor license no off-site alcohol is allowed by Washington State Law to be brought into the venue, parking area, or dressing rooms. If you would like alcohol (no hard alcohol is allowed) in your dressing rooms while you are getting ready that will be handled by Pine River Ranch.
If you are planning on a rehearsal dinner at Pine River Ranch we will handle all of your drink options including alcohol during this time as well.
FAQ’s:
What if we don’t want alcohol at our reception?
That is not a problem at all! We will take care of your NA drinks; coffee, tea, Bubbly seltzer water, and Lemonade for you at $15/person with a minimum of $800. We can also do some great mocktails, soda packages, root beer floats, etc. as add-on’s if you are interested!
Can we still have alcohol in our dressing rooms?
Yes, of course. Pine River Ranch will make sure you have what you need and want in your dressing rooms as well. We have coolers in each of them and will make sure they are nice and cold. What you will have in there will be covered during our planning stage.
What if our guests/bridal party bring alcohol on-site?
We do send reminders to you before you arrive that you can share with your bridal party, early arrivals helping with decorating, etc. that off-site alcohol is not allowed. We encourage you to share this with them all. If we encounter guests with off-site alcohol we will kindly remind them and remove the alcohol.
Do you have a minimum for the bar?
Yes. Please see the answer here. Remember that this is not only buying the drinks but is also covering the bartenders, glassware, and service vessels.
